Fitting of new combi boiler
Jamie was polite, punctual and professional. One of the biggest things for me is communication. Some tradesmen are shocking and don’t communicate well and some don’t even turn up! Jamie was great, he always replied to our messages. He came when he said he’d come and did what he said at the price he quoted. He left the place clean and tidy after. Diagnosed boiler failure, serviced and repaired boiler
Heading into the Christmas period our boiler was having problems (it had not been serviced for many years), and we were left without heating. Having 3 children (one an infant) this meant spending Christmas at a relatives house, far from ideal due to the pandemic. A friend recommended Sykes Gas and Heating as they had previously had a boiler serviced on short notice. I reached out to Sykes and an engineer was scheduled the following morning to complete the service and fix the issue, done on the same day as he had the required part in the van.
