Having never embarked on anything like this before, I was quite anxious about choosing a builder for an extension to my house but I needn't have worried. Ray and his team are professional, very experienced, polite, tidy and friendly. From the start, I could tell that they knew what they were doing and I had every confidence in them. Nothing was too much trouble. They kept me informed throughout and the work has been finished to a high standard. I love my new bathroom and have no hesitation in recommending Sylo.

I’ve dealt with so many dodgy, incompetent tradesman over the years, it was fantastic to find an honest and capable builder in Sylo. We had a balcony that needed all the joists and soffit replaced. Ray gave us a very fair quote and his team did an excellent job to make it better than it was before. Great communication, went above and beyond. Would definitely use again.

From start to finish our experience of Sylo Construction has been truly excellent. The team were with us for over 5 months during which time they built an extension on the back of the house, created a new downstairs bathroom, refitted the upstairs bathroom, demolished a garage and two garden sheds, built a large garden room and completely re landscaped the entire garden. Without exception everyone from Sylo who worked on our project were extremely hard working, thorough and professional and always went out of their way to be as clean and tidy as possible. We would thoroughly recommend them.

Ray and his team replaced my ceiling after a leak. They did a great job and communication and organisation was completely on point. Would recommend Sylo to anyone

It had an asbestos roof which leaked, external doors had rotted, floor flooded, electrics unsafe, brick work crumbling & no insulation. Ray gave us a quote. A lot of work was needed New Roof, doors & windows, insulation, flooring, plastering, electrics, tiling & decorating. Ray understood exactly what I wanted & the quote was very reasonable. Communication from Ray was good & professional. All the different workmen were qualified & respectful & work was of a very high standard & lovely to deal with. Very happy with the result highly recommend Ray & the team would use them again.
