A Fantastic Bathroom Transformation! I recently had my bathroom completely redone and I couldn't be more thrilled with the result! From start to finish, the process was smooth and seamless, and the transformation is nothing short of amazing. Communiction with the team was brilliant, I changed my mind couple of times and nothing was too much trouble, and updated quotes sent straight away. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly tidy. Overall, I’m beyond pleased with the new bathroom. , I highly recommend this company, they have transformed a tired old bathroom. 

Lukewarm is my feeling overall. Lots of back and forth to get the right engineer who could do the diagnostic. I am used to one plumber sorts out everything but with Synergy not everyone it seems can do every job. Diagnostic eventually done - PCB board problem. Solution - they wanted to fit a new boiler for £2900. No alternatives offered. Got a 2nd opinion, and board replaced for 10% of that quote. All good now.

Amazing and professional service - helped solve 2 leaks which us as first time homeowners with no handy skills had no clue how to diagnose or solve ourselves. The plumber advised what was wrong and fixed both leaks on the spot, which was even more amazing. Brilliant job and would recommend to anyone!
