Skilled team
I requested works to be carried out for my rental property. The team that arrived were professional, clean and on time. I needed plug sockets moved, a few of them changed, and wires recessed into the walls throughout the rooms in the property. Successsful bathroom refurb
I worked with systasis to renovate my bathroom. They were easy to work with and cost effective, finishing the entire renovation in 5 days. Systasis Properties is a small London property team that manages, maintains and renovates homes and buildings across central London. We work with homeowners, landlords, property investors, freeholders and residents' management companies. We enjoy taking a tired or neglected property and handing it back in great shape, with the owner kept in the loop the whole way.
What we do
• Renovation and refurbishment, from a single room to a whole flat
• Kitchen and bathroom fitting
• Painting, decorating, plastering and flooring
• Maintenance and repairs, carried out by our own team, with gas and notifiable electrical work done by registered engineers
