The team were superb - arrived as they stated. Carried out installation of Hive system, changed a couple of radiators & changed a kitchen tap. Hi Systematic. Just letting you know that I was very happy with the service provided at my mum's house yesterday. The two engineers arrived bang on time and were both very pleasant and helpful. They were going to try to fix the existing unit rather than replace it but it was me who asked for a new system. So, no attempt from them to steer me in the direction of a more expensive fix. That's refreshing. Good to know there are still honest tradesmen about. I got your invoice which was very reasonable for the amount of time spent on the job.
