External renovation, rendering and insulation - top job!

I employed Robert and his team to do some external renovation, insulation and silicon rendering in Bristol. I really couldn't fault the service at all - the price quoted was reasonable, his communication prompt, the quality of work exceptional and his care and attention to keeping the work site tidy and free of damage was fantastic. He managed the scaffolder, commenced work on time and completed it all within the estimated period. I would fully recommend Szot's services to anyone in need of similar work.

  Excellent workmanship and final finish

I had external insulation and render applied to the rear of my house and the side facing the neighbours. From the very first contact the experience was excellent — clear communication, realistic timelines, and a thoroughly professional approach throughout. The workmanship and final finish are outstanding. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone considering external insulation; the quality is excellent and the price is very competitive compared to the big national firms.

  Szot are exceptional!

Recently had the exterior of my property rendered by Szot Construction and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The quality of their work, attention to detail and work ethic were exceptional throughout. They were incredibly considerate, their preparation kept mess and disruption to a minimum, and they left everything immaculate when finished. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they genuinely cared about getting everything right. The biggest compliment I can give them is that I’d happily use them for building work outside of their rendering specialism too. They are brilliant!

  Best trades people ever!

Absolutely fantastic construction company that did a top quality job of rendering our external wall. They were very prompt starting and finishing the work - from the day of giving us a quote to completing the work was less than 2months. The quote was very reasonable and they provided detailed breakdown to fit various budgets which was super helpful. They have excellent customer service and the team that did the work were ace going above and beyond to complete the work to a high standard. Fully recommend!
