  Szot Construction Limited Detached House, fit Cladoor cladding with thermal insulation May 2026 Joe Jolliffe Outstanding, 10 days from beginning to then with an excellent customer centric ethos. However, I could write lots of detail but, who will read. The main points are: 1. Professional, all insurances, schedule of work & contract 2. Quality job, great team, can do & punctual who clean as they go 3. Very organised from begging to the end 4. We will use again & recommend 5. Competitive pricing.

  Re-rendered house

  Recently had our house re-rendered and highly recommend Szot Construction. They did a really good job and were professional and hard working, tidied everything up and completed the work to a high standard. Also explained the options and provided a full breakdown of the costs and information of the products to help us decide.

  EWI and external thin coat render

  Szot Construction did my external wall insulation and thin coat rendering on my new build and did an excellent job. The team were reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. Everything they did was to a high standard of quality, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Fitting brick slips to wall and fireplace

  I would highly recommend this company to anyone regarding any building work. Nothing was too much trouble and the quality of their work is excellent.
