Quality of work was unacceptable. Fencing was not finished off properly leaving a gap at one and not level in places. The gate would not open fully as it was catching on slabs. The owner and the lads came out to rectify the problems.It would have been good if they had accepted the issues but they simply turned the tables on me. When asked if they had checked the gate before leaving they said they had and I was happy with them. Not true.They said the paving slabs were not there. Not true. Then the hinges had dropped!! Really in 5 days!!!  I could go on. Lori was very good communicating.

Just like to say a big thank you to Tailored Fencing for the excellent job in replacing old fence and fitting new gate to neighbours. Special thanks to Ash,Rob and Bruce who carried out the work. The work has been completed to an excellent standard. Cleaned up and all rubbish and disposed of. Would have no problem in recommending this company. Cheers lads.

I received excellent customer service from Tailored Fencing from start to finish. The lads worked really hard to get this job done within a short timeframe and the workmanship is exceptional. The price was also very competitive compared to my other quotes. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much.
