Planning Application - Drawings and Planning Advice
Dean and Natalie have been a pleasure to deal with. We have had multiple drawings prepared by them and their individual expertise have been priceless in helping us to plan effectively. Dean has invaluable experience in build costings as well as extensive architectural knowledge which is very helpful when planning effectively. Natalie has dealt with the council throughout our planning application and has ensured that we are never behind on any aspect of the planning process. Most of all they have been very accommodating of our specific design criteria and have helped maximise the use of our space
Loft conversion design
Natalie and Dean were a pleasure to work with. We were really impressed with the design which solved some tricky problems. Communication was great and we were pleased with the support given to get our plans to sign off.
Design of ground floor and upper floor extensions
Tailored plans were fantastic to work with. We have issues with drains on our property and we asked them to come up with the best possible way of extending without impacting the drains. What they came up with has far surpassed anything we had envisioned. They really listened to our requirements and involved us all the way through, communication with them were great all the way through the design process.
