AVOID AT ALL COSTS I hired Luciano, To prepare my loft floor to building regulations, repair my garage roof add skylight, fit a new shower. The loft work does not meet building regulations. I was not informed Building Control approval was required. Insufficient joists were installed despite written confirmation that the work must comply. Structural calculations provided lacked engineer details and stated Building Control must be notified before work, but this was sent after completion. An independent engineer has confirmed remedial work is required. The other work requires attention also.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I hired Luciano, Tailored Contractors Limited to complete a variety of jobs. All have been done incorrectly! and not in line with building regulations. Will not admitt fault with poor workmanship and will ignore any contact made. Legal action will be taken! I just want to try help people not make the mistake we did! Please avoid.

I have hired Tayloted contractors to repair ( rather re-developed ) my auction's property ( needed a significan repair). The first thing they did its a chimney's removal ( we did not want one). Then house repairhad to be stopped till the water supply get reconnected. When we com back to repair again we have discovered that the hose roof was collapcing . I requested Tailored Contractors repair it, but they did not accepted the responcibility for it and i insisted on "old house structure , which cause it". I got the engineer to do a report and now I am taking Tailored Contractors to a court.

Avoid at all costs, hired a skip and when full asked him to collect, been utterly ignored and when I call off of someone else’s phone I get an answer, all I’ve had is excuse after excuse as to why it can’t be picked up, week hire is now going on 2 weeks and still no closer to getting it removed

Very rude man is Luciano after being called out for shoddy workmanship. Cannot take any criticism at all. Wouldn’t recommend plus they delete any known bad reviews of them making out they are a 5 star company
