Full house window replacement
We looked at different companies to replace all our windows. Tailormade stood out because the person in charge of the fit (Trstian) was the one who came out to quote. He obviously knew what he was talking about which gave us confidence that the job would be completed to a high standard. Plus- no hard sell. Being local we popped to the showroom to look at the product and discuss a colour change, and the quote was comparable to other local firms. Timescales were communicated and the job was done with very little disruption. We are so happy with the result and very grateful to the team!Verified reviewerJob location: RG710 Patio Doors Installation

Quality workmanship from Tailormade Windows
I had a patio sliding window fitted to replace the 50-year-old original window. Everything was great! Tristian Cross provided great customer service. I knew exactly what was happening and when, in plenty of time. The window fitters arrived when they said they would (8am). They fitted the windows, taking great care not only with the fitting but also with small details, such as removing all the plastic residue from the glass and adding white trim around the frame to cover up a shortfall in the wallpaper. They were both polite and respectful. I can't recommend them enough.Verified reviewerJob location: RG7RAlison S10 UPVC Windows Installation
