Older House Electrical certificate for Probate
10After some Research we found and asked Tam and Co to quote for an older property needing work to get an electrical certificate for a sale via probate. They were extremely professional, very thorough and easy to work with. They were our 2nd quote but they understood the job completely and were very fair and transparent with pricing. Tam and co did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend them - a well deserved 5 stars ! Thank you Tam and Co
