Terry and Dan responded immediately to my request regarding a leak coming from my bath. They visited me on the same day , assessed the repair and provided me with a very reasonable quote. The work was done the following morning. Terry and Dan are true professionals, from my first contact with them I felt reassured that they are experienced and knew what they were talking about, they were friendly, polite and nothing was too much. A new kitchen tap was fitted. Timely and efficient work. We have used Mr Matthews and now his son for many years and will continue to do so for any gas, electrical and plumbing work.

Discovered a leak in the bathroom so phoned Matthew and his father who agreed to call on me the same morning. This they did and told me it was a leaking valve ( which they then replaced). I mentioned I also had a couple of leaking taps and was pleasantly surprised they could do that work whilst they were with me. Unfortunately my bathroom tap couldn't be fixed and would need replacing. They went to the shop, purchased a new one, came back within a few hours and fitted. Matthews Electrical Plumbing and Gas has upgraded my house from storage heaters to normal radiators in each room and installed a new combi boiler. I have had them back each year to service the boiler. They have recently installed a new bath for us. I have been very happy with all their work. I will use again and would happily recommend to others.

Ensured root cause of problem diagnosed and replaced all parts and cleaned up when finished.
