After a major company had left with no heating or hot water for 5 weeks after stating they would fit before Christmas and classing us as a priority. We turned to James. He came out the day I called or new boiler the next day and installed the following day, fantastic ! He was friendly, polite extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A really pleasure to have to complete the work. Also a lot cheaper than the major company who let us down. In full I would strongly recommend James and his company to undertake work needed. We will be using him to service our boiler going forward.

James was great. Reliable and worked around our availability as best he could. He gave us really good advice regarding issues with our boiler and how best to maintain it. The work was done efficiently and he was open with how he charged us so there were no unexpected surprises. We also had an issue with our underfloor heating and, again, he gave us really good advice and multiple options so we could decide what worked best for us. Would highly recommend

Excellent service from start to finish. Came out on a Saturday morning to help fix our boiler, diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem and came up with a solution to stop the issue happening again. Very friendly and reliable. Would highly recommend and would use again.

Not the cheapest quoted but certainly efficient, professional, reliable with a really easy online payment system.

I found James here on checkatrade after being let down multiple times by another company who started the work but didn't finish it. Even tho James was busy, he was able to come, diagnosed issues, order parts and fit within a week. James is a great guy and I am so happy with his work, attitude and turn around. My boiler being ten years old was starting to play up. James came out to look at the issue and recommended a replacement boiler would be the best way forward. Having agreed he sourced a replacement boiler and as agreed came and fixed the replacement in an efficient and professional matter taking away all old parts and tidied up to such a level that you wouldn’t have known that any work had been undertaken.
