  Genuinely cared about doing a good job - and did.

  Joe responded to my call and came round the same day. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts and fixed it the following day. No fuss, realistic price and genuinely cared about doing a thorough job. Job was to replace a macerator and clear blocked pipes. Highly recommended.

  Joe knows his trade and very good and quick responses to request for help

  Joe answered my call for help re failed button press cistern and responded virtually immediately. job was tricky due to obsolete system but solution found and fix delivered. Great to get such good responsive comms.
