I've recently had a large living room double-glazed PVC window installed by T&K - super impressed by their product. The initial consultation was clear and informative, and the installers were professional, friendly and got the job done in no time without fuss or mess. Would highly recommend T&K for door and window replacements in the Northamptonshire area!

T&K were known to me of old so were my first choice when needing a new external door and some replacement windows. Chris was our first point of contact and he came to us very quickly from my initial enquiry. He spent a very long time with us and went through everything. I went to see T&K (Jorden) and from the start it was easy, I explained I wanted a quote with dimensions I had, Jorden took his time to show the amazing showroom layout, different window openings and glazing styles, also offered a factory tour, he quoted the next day enabling me to order immediately. (week before Christmas). Survey was done the same week, Damian explained everything and made sure everything was clear. Everything was fitted just weeks later (last week of January), the installers arrived bang on time and very polite, they covered all the floors and cleaned up well. Amazing

Prompt, professional, friendly service.

To start with the initial salesman was rude,then when we booked through a different salesman the builders changed the brickwork finish 3 times from the plans, the finished product left an entire plasterboard loose on the wall which they had to rectify, leaks from the roof so far, the conservatory was a replacement of the old one and after a period of time we developed blockages from our toilet and odours coming into the house,so far we have had a joint in the inspection chamber replaced (probably moved in construction a hole in the sewer pipe repaired probably caused in construction now odours
