Alterations to my property
Great blokes. Friendly, hardworking and extremely approachable. Got hold of other trades for me too. Very happy with their work. As a woman on my own, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team of builders. Very reliable and efficient. Cleaned all the work areas at the end of each day too. Great job Leigh, Danny and Bruce! New kitchen
We used Leigh to take out retaining walls and Leigh and his men were extremely good, especially when there were issues with the other tradesmen we had decided to use letting us down. Leigh was very quick in getting the issue sorted with his contacts. Very hard working, cheerful to have in your house, and nothing is too much trouble. He came in spot on on the quoted price. Wall Removal
We instructed T and L Banks Builders to remove the wall between the kitchen and what will be the dinning room. The structural engineer had required three steels and one steel post to hold the three steels together. Once T and L Banks had got the supports in place and the wall down it became obvious to them that we only required one steel and an additional steel plate. They dealt with the structural engineer and the building inspector, getting new plans in place etc. This saved digging up the floor and having to replace large sections of the ceiling. 2 storey extension
Leigh and his team completed a 2 storey rear extension at my house. They were helpful and courteous throughout and always cleaned up at the end of each day.
