Didn’t turn up
Spoke to builder on several occasions and arranged for him to come around to view property for quote, didn’t bother to turn up, such a let down for someone who has excellent reviews!
Rap around extension.
We hired TP Property Services to construct our double story wrap around extension. The guys here are by far the most polite and hard working guys by far. I recommend 100% anyone looking for building work to look no further and use these guys.
Garage, porch and rear extension
Extremely professional, reliable and workmanship was of an excellent quality. This was the second extension for our second property and wouldn’t use any other company.

Full house refurbishment
Fantastic! Found through word of mouth We hired the T&P team to under go a full house refurbishment on a rental property of outs. They carried out everything from electrics, plumbing, plastering and fitting both the bathrooms and kitchens. We had the whole house took to bare brick and restarted. Im more than happy with the teams work. The house was always clean at the end of a working day and never looked like a building site. The turn around was quick and too a more than excellent standard. I will definitely be using the team again and suggest anyone else to also
