i would like to highly recommend T&T Building & Maintenance. They are punctual, and demonstrate great responsibility. The work was completed on time, and the attention to details was impressive. i'm very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend them to others. It's really a great job.

Roof was still leaking after the roof work and dpc was badly done. I now have uneven walls and not able to fit the skirting back on.

We had a contract for the works agreed and to be completed on a specific day(3-4days). Work took much longer than agreed and also Paul started to changed the terms by asking for more materials which shouldn't have been. No receipts to show what they bought for the job unlike other builders. Also charged £260 on the contract for skip whereas the skip was only £180. I had to call the skip company myself to arrange for the skip to removed only to be told that T&T Builders(Paul) hadn't paid for it to be collected. This was now on the 22nd November. Also failed to finish the work properly.

Asked Amanda if they could price some external chimney and internal chimney issues raised on a survey and within 3 days it was surveyed and quoted for , which when buying a property keeps the momentum going for the sale process. Could definitely recommend this level of service and fair and transparent pricing

I’m purchasing a house and T&T builders gave me a quote on works the house needs. Despite a difficult seller, who made visiting the house difficult, Amanda and Paul went above and beyond and managed to arrange with the vendor a suitable time for them to go to the house and make their assessment. I got a professional, itemised quote and will definitely use them for the work when the sale goes through.
