  New side extension

  Stephen and his team were polite, friendly, turned up on time and left the site tidy each day. There was always a positive, productive atmosphere around the house. We were given plenty of notice about decisions that needed to be made, who and when contractors would be coming, and there was virtually no final ‘snagging” list as Stephen came and checked work done routinely, taking pride in a job done well. The main build ran to schedule and price, and Stephen worked around our time frame for aspects he was not responsible for. We would thoroughly recommend Tanner Construction.

  Single storey extension

  Three main factors when planning to extend one's home have to be taken into consideration: price, disruption and intrusion. Stephen's price was fair and realistic as were the costs of the inevitable "little extras" that cropped up. The site was kept clean, safe and tidy at all times. Any inconvenience that would inevitably be caused to us during the various stages of knock through were kept to the absolute minimum.   Extension

  Tanner construction (Steve) built us a fantastic extension, extending the rear of the house by 3 metres, with a stunning skylight, and bifold doors opening up onto the patio also laid by Steve, as well as the garden. Also remodelled by him, compromising new fence panels gate and many finishing details. This was a running theme inside and out, nothing was too much. Steve and his team were affable polite, and a pleasure to have on site. We could not recommend Tanner Construction highly enough. A 10/10 experience on every level.

  Single storey extension

  Friendly, efficient and tidy. The team did an incredible job, communicated well all the way through the build and gave excellent advice where required. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them

  Construction of porcelain tiles patio

  Steve is excellent builder to work with, does what he says and keeps us informed of timescales and delivery of supplies. Would recommend him to family and friends.

  Landscaping, driveways, paths, new lawn, drainage

  This was a big (for us) project. Taking two multilevel, waterlogged lawned areas, levelling same, adding land drainage, soakaway and drain, two drive ways, paths, new lawn. Fabulous as previously. Courteous, tidy, considerate, discusses the work well and offers advice when asked. There were a couple of snags, both of which were dealt with promptly and efficiently, always a good sign in our eyes. Couldn't be happier and the work has made a huge difference to our lives.
