Before - walls and ceiling were thoroughly sanded to smooth out old paint work, very important as the colour going on is dark so this can highlight imperfections. Woodwork was sanded and re caulked

Advised to remove coving to add height and as the rest of the extension didn’t have any. Once removed I found the boards were not fitted to the edge.
Once assessed I fitted plasterboard in the gap, filled, fixed any loose studs and sanded smooth
