Floor fitting for our kitchen was poor, messy, seemed rushed; smeared, uneven border, gap between floor and border, etc. Twice we went to the Tapi store with photos. Twice they told us the fitting was not up to standard. On 1st visit staff assured us it would be looked into, and we’d be contacted. We weren’t. On 2nd visit staff told us it was poor fitting, and unacceptable no one had been in touch. Told us they would look into it properly, and assured us someone would be in touch. No one has contacted us. We see little point returning for a third time, and will certainly never use Tapi again.

Given accurate information as to timing and availability of materials. Workmen did a nice neat job and I am very pleased with the result. I would recommend.

I visited to store 3 times to try to decide what I wanted. Every time the staff were helpful. At the third visit I had a close idea what I wanted and it was arranged for Emma to come and measure the floor and also bring samples of two vinyl I had chosen. That visits was also helpful and informative. Paul, the fitter, was polite, informative and very efficient in his work to lay the vinyl. Overall I was very satisfied. I already had two rooms and the hall floors fitted by the same company. I have always been satisfied with the price and the work undertaken. Well done Tapi!

A representative visited us in the house, brought samples, and discussed the whole process and services in detail. He stayed an hour and half with no charge. Communication with the shop was excellent and the crew that came did an excellent job. I would recommend Tapi Carpets for their professionalism.

The fitter damaged the inside window while fitting flooring. Tapi are now saying that they can only request the fitter comes back to check (which he will not) and that the crack (despite being an inside crack) must have been from a recent storm. This behaviour is patronising and very unprofessional. We cannot accept that there is no redress/compensation for coming into the property, damaging windows and then shirking responsibility. If this is not addressed, action will be taken to rectify the damage. Don't recommend this company.

A very polite brought round samples to choose from, date of fitting arranged, didn't have to wait long for. A well fitted stair carpet, tidied up after and no mess left behind. I would use this company again.
