Emergency call out to fix a burst pipe.
Fantastic service. Quick, quiet and no stress. Oz arrived promptly after a late night emergency call to solve the problem. We arranged a date to complete the job at a convenient time for us. A lovely guy who I would be more than happy to recommend. I’ll be sure to call Oz again for any further work.
To diagnose and defrost the incoming water pipe
Oz was friendly, prompt, and returned my queries promptly. He worked hard and was available all hours! He explained things to me clearly and Lisa was also really helpful. He made sure that there were no leaks before he left. Very knowledgeable.
Repaired burst water pipe in kitchen
Oz was absolutely brilliant from start to finish with sorting out my burst water pipe within a few hours of calling him. An absolute pleasure to deal with and can’t recommend enough!
Boiler and pipe issues
Oz is always so helpful, even though he wasn’t working he still made sure we had some information to resolve our problem. His partner Lisa is also always super helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.
