David did the job exactly as he said he would and problem solved brilliantly along the way when the third party design proved to be flawed. He cleaned up after himself every day made sure we fully understood the progress he was making and what would happen next.

Very neat job and worked around difficulties that cropped up during the job.

David did an excellent job and completed it as planned. Work included removing existing toilet and shower cubicle and installing new toilet, shower valve, shower tray and glass enclosure and re-tiling the shower area. Was kept informed all thru the process and was very confident in the work. Davids attention to detail was excellent resulting in a wonderful finnish.
