From responding to email enquiry, attending appointment to demonstration of system prior to quote, attending to fit and demonstrate installed system. Prompt, courteous, tidy and did not seek to provide more expensive or completed system than was needed.

As the system was retro-fitted they did a good job of not damaging the material of the house and the work was completed as per the quote with no issues.

The team were efficient, polite and informative. Nothing was too much of a problem. Responded immediately to telephone queries after installation and again a month or so after with a home visit within minutes of my calling! Very impressed with the service provided.
