James the surveyor was expert, and very informative giving good options to take forward and a detailed report.Emily was fantastic and kept us up to date as the weather and other commitments made the work take longer than hoped for.. Lewis and Scott were always on time and got on well with our builder. The work was completed to a good level and the team were a pleasure to work with.

The company were very professional and treated my damp problem. The company sent a very knowledgeable and trustworthy surveyor round before commencing the job. The surveyor helped explain the issues and potential issues in an easy to understand manner. After the visit they sent across a damp survey report which outlined the work required and I was able to chat through this with the surveyor. The work was done promptly and to a professional standard. The workers were prompt and thoughtful to protect the house from as much dust as possible.

Excellent work from start to finish. Eddie came to view my bathroom in October and it needed a lot of work doing. I had damp proofing done and full refurb. Scott done and beautiful job on my the damp proofing system and Tony is an absolute genius and it’s the way he finished my bathroom off adding expertise in how to make it really beautiful. Can’t sing their praises enough and would highly recommend.

All of the work has been carried out to a very high standard by a hardworking, polite ,and professional team . Informative in the daily plan and extremely tidy.

Had target damp out needed plaster taking down to dry brick and put back up. Scott and lewis did the work and I can not fault their work or their work ethic every step was explained very friendly gentlemen.i have a sen needed nine yesterday old at home and they were incredibly patient answering all his questions, after this my son has decided he would like to be a plasterer and do their job too. Thank you gentlemen for giving him a long term goal.

When our home buyers survey found damp we contacted several tradesmen about carrying out a damp survey. Joseph was quick to respond, clear on pricing at the only one who asked to see our home buyers survey. He efficiently and independently arranged the survey with the estate agent keeping us informed. His report was clear and understandable even the people who aren't familiar with the subject matter. He has also been helpful answering follow up questions. I would happily recommend him and use him again.
