Crack Stitching / Ceiling Diapragm Residential Property
I approached Target Structural on recommendation to rectify crack stitching repair, ceiling diaphragm installation and timber connections at our property. Repairs to bay window
Cracks had formed between one of our bay windows and the front of the house. We employed Target Syructural to stabilise the area and to prevent any further cracking. I'm pleased to say that the bay window has been completely stabilised with no further movement despite after a year of both very wet and very dry weather! Professional and communicative
Robert and the team were excellent, really communicative and professional in advance, providing simple overview and technical detail as well as answering all our questions. They were in and out in a few days when completing the work, which was excellent and even made good a few extras bits that weren't due to their work to ensure the finish looked great. Afterwards they provided all the paperwork to ensure we had documentation for building regs, which was not the case with everyone we enquired with! I recently had remedial works carried out on my property due to visible cracks in the brickwork and concerns about wall tie failure.
