We hired Ian and his team to remove the old slabs/ gazibo and lay new slabs with a solid foundation as well as sleepers and plants along the fences. The creative minds of the team and meticulous approach helped us achieve our dream outdoor space. For the review this systems suggestion is "What did the company do well". My response to that is everything. Workmanship excellent. The pond installation, waterfall and decking were installed to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for Darren, Stuart and Craig. They went over and above the call of duty by doing extra pieces of work at no extra cost. The guys were pleasant, friendly and polite as was Ian who oversaw all the work. Stagnant pond needed a total clean and my lawn needed replacing with new turf. The work was carried out very professionally, with great attention to detail. Logan and his team did a brilliant job. Work commenced on the date promised for the bifold doors and everything was explained to me as the work progressed. They arrived on time, cleared up each night and the building control officer approved the work without any hesitation. They then continued with the patio and front pathway which has all been beautifully laid. Wow! So glad I contacted Ian at Tatsfield Aquatics. I was only contemplating having my existing (tiny) pond cleaned. My fish had had about 30 babies and were very crowded so contacted Ian and he came round to chat. I told him what my budget was and he went through various options with me. We made a decision based on his vision and expertise and he passed me to Mark to do the work. Mark was absolutely amazing. He did the work to an exceptional standard and when I couldn’t picture what it was going to be like, he spent the time chatting it through and adapting if I wanted.
