  Terry from Tatum builders contacted us to say he would be able to give us a quote for the work. He made three separate appointments to visit us and didn’t turn up for any of them. We wouldn’t use any company who is so unreliable. One rescheduled appointment is acceptable, two is unfortunate but three is unacceptable.

• New Single Storey Home Extension - Absolutely The Best Experience.

  I have been in the building industry as a client for over 50 years and heard every excuse for being late, over budget and poor quality. With some trepidation we bought a property which needed extending. We considered a recommendation, a medium sized specialist and local firms, settling on Tatum Builders. The design was agreed with Terry and Matt then work commenced. I cannot speak highly enough of Alex; Cane; Matt and Terry. On time, on budget, excellent quality and total respect for our home, neighbors and neighborhood. A real pleasure to have them around and a very good looking extension.

• Upgraded a lean-to conservatory into a new solid roof with tiles.

  Second time using Tatum Builders now, generally a lovely family run business with a ton of experience. The project was completed efficiently and on schedule, with minimal disruption. The new tiled roof looks lovely and they were even more helpful in letting me know that I had some damage to another part of my roof which they kindly sorted for me. All in all, great prices, and fantastic work. Highly recommended!

• Knocked down two walls downstairs making my house open plan.

  Terry and his team knocked down two walls and created an open plan living area in my new home. The entire process was seamless, stress-free, and the end result exceeded my expectations. Terry was professional, punctual, and caring about his work and customers providing valuable input and guidance along the journey. I cannot recommend Terry and his team highly enough. The end result has completely transformed my home and if you're reading this review and are in need a builder for an open plan living area, look no further.

  Terry and his team did a fantastic job. Cant recommend highly enough. Brought the job in on agreed budget and slightly ahead of estimated schedule. Great communication, very easy and friendly to talk to. Site left immaculate with no mess. His team are all highly experienced and take great pride in their work. Having been let down in the past by other firms sub standard work. All future work I am not even going to bother with other quotes, you get what you pay for. Top job thoroughly recommend.
