  Help with preparing our property for arrival of new tenants

  We needed help with preparing our property for arrival of new tenants, but we had very little time to do the repairs. Paul and his team did an amazing job fixing and repairing walls, painting and tiling, very efficiently and to a high standard. Paul and his team are very considerate, honest, and caring when they do their work. Because we were short on time, we had to have the property professionally cleaned while Paul was doing the works, and he was working around the cleaners and at the end of the day, the house was in perfect condition for handover, within a bank holiday period.

  Change the layout of the internal walls, move internal doors, change flooring

  Paul and his company did a great job - we didn't have any construction drawings, so Paul had to figure things out on the go. There were a lot of small and awkward parts to the job which other builders would not take up. Paul took care to document the process as we required a minor alternation permission from the leaseholder. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend Tauras.

  Repainting room and detailed cornicing following damage from leak. Replastering and refinishing.

  Second work wi thy Tauras and again very high quality finish, detail, and great communication. Various suggestions to improve quality of end product were made at marginal incremental cost. Overall completed exactly on budget and to a very high quality. Minor snagging resolved in a timely manner. Pricing is slightly higher than competitors but this is more than worth the quality, attention to detail, and reliability.

  Repair and paint all window ledges and window surrounds on a maisonette in a conservation area.

  Our contact Paul was very friendly and professional. The work was carried out to a very high standard within the time frame and to the budget. I was really impressed with Taurus Construction's professionalism, property repairing skills and the fact that everything was clean and tidy on completion. The work was carried out on a property that I let out so I was not on site to oversee any of the work during the process of repair. I would definitely use Taurus Construction again and would highly recommend.
