The washing machine was not functioning, was not responding to any of the programs. The technician Charlie, knew exactly what to do, freed the blocked pump, and got the washing machine working very quickly. Quick and clean work.

Charlie came round to investigate the burning smell coming from my electric oven. He gave me some useful advice that helped resolve my oven issue. I am deaf, and he has excellent deaf awareness, which put me at ease. I will not hesitate to use his services if the need arises.
