  Barrel lock not engaging properly on a patio door

  I gave Scott a call and he popped over within an hour and dismantled the lock and managed to fix the issue without needing any new parts!!! Whilst out I also asked Scott to look at another door I had issues with and he diagnosed the issue told me what I needed to buy. Scott you saved me an absolute headache as I thought the door would need replacing due to its age. Thank you so much. Scott works fast and lets you know exactly whats needed to rectify. He also seems very cheap compared to other locksmiths. No upsell and honest!!!! Will definitely be using again!

  Open 2 mortise locks - lost keys.

  Very happy! Can't fault Scott's service! He responsed super quickly to my enquiry during the evening and was out for this non-urgent job first thing the next morning. He deftly opened the locks, for a very reasonable and transparent charge, very nice guy. He also explained what we needed to do change the locks if we can't locate the lost keys, rather than spend more on locksmiths. I will 100% be using Scott again next time I lose keys or lock myself out.

  Removing a hitch lock from a trailer with a lost key

  Taylor and Son attended the next day and removed the stuck lock very quickly and in a way that meant I can use it again. Couldn’t fault them and will definitely use again.

  Replacing a door, fitting 2 locks, replacing a door handle

  I couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by Taylor and Son group ltd. They were efficient and completed all the work I needed within one visit. During our communication Scott explained different options available to me and I received a reasonable quote. Each area was left very tidy once the work was completed and Scott went above and beyond what was expected to ensure the job was carried out to an exceptionally high standard. I would recommend Taylor and Son group ltd for any locksmith needs.
