Tom & Tom showed up on time, explained in detail the work being undertaken and got on with replacing our old alarm with a more modern system. They were polite, friendly and left everything tidy after finishing the job and taking us through instructions on how to operate the new alarm.

Tom the fitter did a excellent job of fitting a contact to new UPC door that had a round edge profile. He took me through resetting my system so I can change me codes. I who'd use them again and recommend them to any one that need's a alarm servicing or fitting.

Responded promptly to our initial request and carried out work sooner than expected. Guys were courteous and knowledgeable. I was kept informed throughout work being done. Work carried out efficiently and effectively at very reasonable cost. Highly recommended and will certainly use TGS Ltd again when need arises.

Due to a fault, my home alarm kept sounding internally (extremely loud) every 30 seconds. I couldn’t reach the engineer that installed it, so I called TGS and Tom arrived promptly, that same afternoon. He and got straight to it and took over the alarm system and serviced it. He found a number of issues that my previous engineer had not notified me of, and he rectified them so that my system was working fully, as it should be. I’m beyond impressed with the exceptional level of service. Tom was professional, helpful, and friendly. I will be recommending TGS to everyone! Thank you Tom!

Rang a few security companies as our house alarm we had was over twenty years old and wasn’t working properly but they were not really interested until I rang Tom at Taylor Goodman - Tom was extremely helpful said alarm needed to be upgraded and then told me roughly the cost I agreed and he was able to make me an appointment for following week. Up and fitted in a few hours - very tidy. I have since had a couple of queries which Tom has been able to talk me thru.
