Excellent response time, communication, pricing, treatment and customer care by Taylor Home Services. Rang and attended at convenient time. Fantastic advice given as well. Traps set to catch rats entering my property boundary. Follow up visits planned. I had previously contacted my local council but they said there was nothing they could for street rats!? Emailed Environmental health, response awaited.

We recently had a rat appear in our downstairs bathroom. Stephen at Taylor Home Services came out to help and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. He was very informative and reassuring throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, including the steps being taken to resolve the problem.
