Initial contact by their sales person Bob was great . Quote was excellent and prompt . Communication could have been better after deposit taken as I had to chase to get a date for measuring and then fitting . The guys that fitted the windows were great and professional . Would recommend the company and would use again

Very professional from start to finish, completed our front door and side panel and then also revamped our porch. Over the moon with both jobs, they look great and very competitively priced .Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone needing windows and doors etc.

We had a conservatory roof leak - Taylor’s responded when others didn’t - very proactive and reassuring on the phone - and sent one of their installation teams within 48 hours who really knew what they were about - all done in two hours with a 12 month guarantee and left it all clean and tidy

Recently moved into a bit of a project house. The wooden conservatory was leaking like a sieve. It needs replacing but for now needed a repair while I work it all out. I’d tried a few companies but all they offered was a refit. Steve was great, understood that I needed to buy some time until I work out what I want to do. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t kind to us for what needed doing but as soon as it looked like the weather was going to break, Steve was in touch and got his team round. Fantastic lads, totally recommend. When I’m ready for the refit, I’ll be calling these guys!
