Hopeless with no idea of customer service. The firm didn't turn up by the given time. I telephoned the office; the person I spoke to claimed that she 'had just called me but couldn't get through.' I expressed surprise as I'd been receiving calls throughout the day. At this point she turned rude and surly saying 'I can't explain because I don't work for your telephone company!' When the crew turned up 10 minutes later they didn't have the interface cable between the TV module and camera, disappeared for 30 mins to get one and finally completed the job. I had to chase for the promised report.

I phoned in the morning and the guys were able to come on round that afternoon. Max and Brian worked on the problem, which needed a short follow-up visit the next day and we saw Max first thing. A great service, they knew their stuff and the reception team were also on hand any time to keep us informed on any movements. Really pleased and would gladly recommend them.

The work was done quickly and effectively.
