The Good: - Great communication before and throughout the work. - Very friendly. - Went out their way to fix a soakaway issue including liaising with draining tradesmen on my behalf. - Quality slabbing work. - Fixed any collateral damage. The not so good: - Took much longer than expected to complete. - Artificial Lawn measurements were off meaning I had to fork out over £200 to cover thin empty patch. - Still chasing in November to complete extra work they agreed to do. - Concrete stains on new slabs.
