10 Fault finding after rodent damage!

Having been let down by my long term electrician, I contacted TRE who were able to come out within 48 hours. They found the issues quickly and even though they had to come back and finish another day (the work took a while!) they kept in touch and were quick, tidy and courteous, as well as being very sensibly priced. Wayne completed all jobs requested in a timely and efficient manner. He was very organised and had all equipment and fittings to hand. He managed to arranged a plumber at short notice, to complete some gas pipe work (that I had overlooked). They were very prompt from my request via Checkatrade and came to do site visit. Explained options and offered availability within our timescales. The work was done perfectly and we were trained on how to use it plus advised any queries after they left not to hesitate to contact them. Wayne from TRE Ltd responded to my plea for an emergency electrician super quickly and booked me in for an appointment for the next morning. I am really impressed with how quickly the issue was resolved and the communication Wayne had with me to explain what the problem had been. Job location: TN38Wayne is a friendly and helpful chap. It seemed a very complex job to me, which involved taking a cable through the bathroom and drilling into the kitchen wall so I didn’t have unsightly trunking along the kitchen wall. He was the only electrician to suggest this and I’m so glad he did! He did a very neat job and made good the holes he’d drilled. His price was the best and he cleaned up well.
