  Old power shower gave up the ghost, needed a replacement power shower unit

  Taylor communicated clearly from the outset and delivered a fast, reliable fix. He was keen to take on the challenge of what needed to be done and obtained a new unit and adapted the fittings as the one I owned had been discontinued. He ordered the replacement, priced the job fairly and I had the new one installed within 2 days. That's phenomenal. And the price was extremely competitive. Will be using him again.   Overflow from the loft water tank. It happened only intermittently not all the time.

  Taylor diagnosed the problem and solved the issue with replacement parts. His efforts were highly commendable working within a very cramped situation due to the historic conversion of the loft to habitable residential accommodation. He came on a Sunday to assess and diagnose the job and to fit it into his busy workload. He came back 2 days later when the additional required parts were available. Very much appreciated customer service and competence!

  Replacement of leaking bathroom wash basin tap

  Very good job, high quality repair, replacement of tap for bathroom wash basin. Excellent quality and fast work. Taylor was friendly, polite and professional. He also checked out, and resolved a small leak in the toilet while he was there, at no extra charge! Very impressed.
