Requested to diagnose and fix a leak, charged 250 for a 1 hour visit and roof still leaking
We asked John to come round to diagnose the source of a leak coming through the coving in our kitchen ceiling and repair. He diagnosed this as coming from our conservatory roof which is plastic and said it required more glue. John charged us £250 to complete the repair. When he returned to complete the works he was at the property for 1 hour where he applied glue to the underneath of the led on the roof. John requested payment before leaving via a card machine. New tiles on lower pitched roof
