  Large extension, patio, utility and shower room

  Terry and Tom are conscientious, hard working, trustworthy builders. They have worked solidly at our home for the past 5 months arriving at 8am working long hours. Terry and Tom are passionate about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of the customer. They have ensured that all their work is of the highest standard. They have been collaborative, always keen to hear our suggestions, save us money and adapt plans accordingly. They have gone above and beyond their allocated job supporting in the completion of our build. We are delighted and thankful with our newly renovated home.

  Refurb and New Bathroom

  Tom and Terry are by far the best builders we have had. They're such a genuine, hard-working and courteous team and we genuinely loved having them around throughout the job. I think what sets them apart is their attention to detail and ability to overcome any problem thrown at them. They helped us through lots of difficult decisions and guided us to an end result we're absolutely blown away by. After converting our back room into a dining room and refitting our utility room, they created us a downstairs bathroom which looks absolutely unreal. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

  New garage roof and wall repair

  Construction of a fully compliant Disabled toilet by partitioning an existing space

  Terry and Tom constructed a disabled toilet at the church.They implemented a complex plan ensuring the installation met all the current standards including a two way opening door.Their workmanship and level of finish was excellent with very good attention to detail.The working area was kept neat and tidy and they ensured that the safety of other church users was maintained by protective barriers.They consistently updated the church on progress and were available to discuss details during the build.We are extremely happy with their work and they are very professional and a joy to work with.

  Fix sliding doors on wardrobe, wardrobe floor and new ventilator in bathroom

  Fantastic service by these guys. Done more than expected, fixed what was a wardrobe in a damp, stiff state of disrepair to a very attractive easily slide able wardrobe, they placed in a new inner flooring and nice quality door handles. Can’t recommend these guys enough, best experience I’ve had with tradesmen and lovely blokes. They will keep in great contact with you and make sure you are fully satisfied with the job before you leave with good advice for future maintenance too! Thanks guys :)

  Detached garage conversion

  Tom and Terry at T Charles Builders did an awesome job with our garage conversion. They were super friendly, tidy, accommodating, provided detailed explanations every step of the way and delivered a great finish within the original budget (plus a few extras thrown in!). Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for local, trustworthy tradesmen. They even came back today to fix a leak in our main bathroom (unrelated to the original job) for free! We will definitely be using them again. Our son keeps asking when ‘Bob the builders’ are coming back!
