-The quality of finish was really poor, with the bathroom floor not properly sealed, uneven wall painting and many mistakes such as them piercing the pipes with their screws and causing leaks. Now they are ignoring my calls and messages to come fix it. - Appalling, rude communication with the customer, only caring about receiving their money and then disappearing when asked to come fix the mess they left behind. - Shady business practices, giving a low initial price only to slap on extra charges at every step. The final amount was 50% higher than the initially quoted number.
