Tom is our go-to plumber. He's completed various jobs and projects for us over the last 3 years and has always provided an extremely professional and high standard of work, as well as us knowing that we can trust his planning and installations. He's also always happy to field my clueless questions and explains solutions well. He's a lovely man that is always friendly, relaxed and flexible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom and we'll definitely be calling him for our next plumbing jobs.

In an emergency situation, the company responded really quickly and was extremely helpful in getting a solution and ensuring we had heating and plumbing back and up and running quickly. The recommendations for equipmetn were sound and clearly the company understood our requirements.
