Trevors company has undertaken a variety of projects for us now… building an extension, re laying a small roof, tanking and re flooring a commercial office space… and helped out on a few emergencies with tenants! Not only have we been really pleased with the work carried out… but also really impressed with the prompt and helpful communication and willingness to quickly respond to help out when needed! Would highly recommend.

It was an absolute pleasure to have our home renovation project done by Trevor and his team. We renovated our upstairs landing, study and bathroom which included structural changes to the layout. A second project was to build a patio and pergola at the rear. We found them to be professional, reliable and trustworthy. Trevor provided a detailed quote and kept to it. It was a pleasure to discuss the project and get ideas from them and find creative ways to make improvements and savings. We are delighted with the results. Wouldn’t go to anyone else in future.

Trevor originally came around to quote for the installation of a recessed manhole. Since he started work at my house, I’ve got him to render part of my conservatory, re-lay my foot path in the garden, re-point the patio and a few smaller jobs. I’ve found him to be pleasant, hard working and more importantly I’m really pleased with his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Needed the back of the house rendered and repaired Guttering needed fixing also and all repainted A* work absolutely did a fantastic job Also asked Trevor if he could do some decorating indoors which he did as well .. again excellent work and super tidy Will definitely use T Decs again as we would like him to do the front of the house as well in the near future

Trevor went above and beyond to fulfil this job for me. The reason I choose him was because his prices were reasonable and he is a brilliant communicator (which is rare for tradesmen!). We had a few hiccups along the way, none of which were his fault, but he communicated to me and reassured me that the job would get done. I don't live any where near the property so good communication is incredibly important to me. I was also worried about rain water leaking into the shop below so he went to property and covered the wall in plastic as a temporary fix while were waiting for the rain to.

I found Trevor via checkatrade website Trevor and Sam were very efficient on an organisational, practical and professional level and I was very satisfied with their high quality of work They were also very pleasant, accommodating and cleaned up at the end of every day I will recommend them highly and will certainly use them for any future building works
