  Coving job - rushed, expensive and requiring remediation

  Taulant charged us £1,000 to put up coving in one room and our downstairs hallway. We did not realise beforehand that the job would be done in just one day (two people) - or alternatively, Taulant rushed the job and tried complete it in a shorter amount of time than he had originally anticipated. The job was not completed to a high standard (one edge not being finished at all and left protruding, and separately, no space left to put up curtain rail/blind over a window). We therefore had to ask Taulant to come back to remedy this - which he did.

  We used Taulant for a range of work including repairing and decorating exterior masonry and woodwork, treating water damage, putting up fencing and resealing the bath. All work was carried out to a very high standard, and Taulant was always polite, considerate and tidy.

  I had Taulant round earlier in the week to complete various jobs in the flat. He was brilliant, I can’t praise him enough. Everything fixed really quickly, good value and skilled work.

  Installation of exterior metal railings and a gate on the brick fence in the front garden

  The job required to install three units of traditional wrought iron style railings on the brick fence and a gate in the front garden. It required not only high standard skills and attention to details but also good aesthetic sense. It wasn't an easy job as a brick fence is not flat. Taulant did an excellent job. He explained options objectively, which facilitated my decisions. I particularly appreciated his diligence and professionalism. Also he is super tidy. While working, he also impressed my passersby neighbours. I am sure he will have a few job offers in my street....
