From start to finish Giles had little control over our build, there was consistently poor communication between him and the builders he employed and by the end of the build this had broken down almost completely. There were a number of weeks through the build when the only time Giles came to site was to drop off his invoice and had no interest in keeping us updated with what was going on. Key elements on the plan were missed off the schedule resulting in significant cost increase to budget, an example of the lack of care and detail shown by the PM We had issues after completion which he has always denied any responsibility for. Overall we could have PM'd the build better ourselves and saved thousands

The review system is there for consumers to properly review the service they have received in a professional manner. The scoring system allows them to rate the service they have received in an honest and constructive way. It is NOT there for consumers, disappointed by one element of a long and substantial build, to vent their frustration rather than discussion, negotiation and compromise!
However, after 23 years of construction, the odd, 1/10 vitriolic score should be taken on the chin!
