Since Teca Building Solutions finished in Feb, I’ve uncovered more and more issues. Despite promising a 12-month warranty, they've vanished after payment. The loft hatch won't close, plaster is gritty, grout is cracking, and tiles looks terrible. The shower leaks, the door isn't flush, and mirror electrics are faulty. They chipped a radiator, left plugs bent, and butchered floorboards. He even took money for a toilet never installed. When asked to fix these defects, he said: "I’m busy, I have other work to do... good luck to you." Avoid!

Fernando did a brilliant job and we are very pkeased with the result! Our job involved structural work, plastering, electrics, plumbing, tiling and painting. He carried out all work professionally to a hight standard. He was always on time, cleaned up at the end of every day and was always very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Fernando.
