Arrived within 45 mins of phone call - he was in the area. Completed the job and gave further advice. Friendly and helpful.

I spoke to John at Tech-Lec and he initially walked me through how to check what was going wrong. It needed a visit, and the guys turned up on time, were friendly and after much troubleshooting managed to isolate the problem. I would highly recommend Tech-Lec.
