Toilet clog call back
Toilet was clogged, they showed up and fixed the clog quickly but for £192. Unfortunately the issue came back shortly after, I contacted them 18 days later to return to fix the issue properly. They quoted £180 + VAT to come back, then £200 + VAT after I said that was too much. I then received no response from them until I threatened legal action and got a call from the owner which was not productive, he informed me that a toilet clog must be reported unsuccessful in a couple days otherwise it is a full new job for them.Job location: GU1110 24 Hour Drain Clearance

Unblocking of my outside drain
I phoned this morning as my outside drain was blocked causing the toilet to overfill, the manhole cover was leaking water also. They answered the phone straight away and sent a team to my house. I did not need to be there as it was my front garden. They removed the blockage and tested the drain to make sure it worked. I was kept updated with the progress and they have done a brilliant job. Clearing blocked sewers and slow draining toilet
