Quick quote, prompt service and friendly. Will use again.

I paid a £50 deposit to have a new toilet and sink placed. Danny didn’t even show up on the day! He didn’t call or text, didn’t answer my calls and didn’t reply to texts. Over a week later I managed to get hold of him by calling from a landline. He told me his van had broken and that’s why he hadn’t shown up. He could give no reason as to why he had not had the courtesy to contact me. To this day I have still not received my money back, he does not answer my texts or calls. Clearly I am not getting my money back. Do not use this trader!!

Danny was fantastic, very professional and great at explaining the fault in a simple terms which made me feel confident in his work. Quality of work and time taken was fantastic, would highly recommend. Will definitely be using again for further works on house renovations.
