The wasps were in an outbuilding & had gone inside the cavity. This was treated & we were told the wasps would be gone within a few days but they have gone the day after the nest was treated which is fantastic

Had excellent knowledge of the ant problem, Gave sound advice to try and prevent future occurrence. Found the guy to be easy to talk to and answered all our questions re. the issue. I contacted Carl about a reported rat viewing at one of my rental properties, Carl visited within a couple of hours and carried out a thorough inspection of the property blocking up potential points of access to the loft and setting traps in the loft. He will re-visit next week to see if the vermin has been caught. The price was fair and included three visits to eliminate the vermin. I will use again for any further needs I have.

We asked Carl to remove a couple of wasps nests from our roof space. His quote was very competitive. He arrived promptly and identified one other small (inactive) nest. He dealt with the wasps very effectively and removed the nest. The wasps have not reappeared. We would definitely call Carl next time we have a problem.

Prompt response. Provided a competitive quote and a visit date. Arrived a few days later and assessed the situation and then quickly treated the wasp nest area in the loft. It's now 2 days later and no wasps in sight indoors and outdoors. Professional protective clothing worn and special lamp used to identify the offending area. Treated with special powder and problem now resolved in less than a week from start to finish. I would recommend strongly.
